CLARINDA LIVESTOCK AUCTION is entering their 60th year under the Crawford family ownership.
Clark Crawford, Sr. purchased the market from the City of Clarinda shortly after returning from WWII. With the help of his father, George, Sr., and brothers, Wade and Dale, they developed this business and the tradition of farmer consigned guaranteed fresh cattle. John, George, Jr. and Clark, Jr. are honored to continue that tradition.
Many changes have come about over the years from a computerized office and ring to hundreds of yards of concrete and truckloads of steel for new pens.
